What is recovery Wednesday? Well, how are you a newer rider looking to get out for a fun ride with some like-minded folks? Or maybe you have gone hard at the sleepy puppy on Tuesday, and need a Midweek recovery spin. Or maybe you just want a chill, so, low-key ride.
If this sounds like something you are interested in, then recovery Wednesday is for you! 40 km around the west and at a social pace (usually around 25 km an hour). No drop and 100% certified beginner friendly. High chance of recovery beverages at the end of the ride.
